M&M’s Sharing Size Package Had Only One Red Candy

I purchased a 266.5 g package of M&M’s Sharing Size from a Walmart store in the United States and was extremely disappointed by what I found inside. When I opened the package, I noticed that although it contained pieces in nearly all of the expected colors, there was only a single red candy.

There was no problem with the taste, freshness, or packaging of the product. However, the lack of color variety, particularly the extremely small number of red candies, completely failed to meet my expectations. It was especially disappointing to purchase a larger package and find that its contents did not match the appearance and expectations created by the product.

I ask that this issue be taken into consideration, that the uneven distribution of colors during the production and packaging process be reviewed, and that I receive an appropriate response or resolution that reflects M&M’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
