Magnum Minie Ice Cream Spoiled Bad Smell Taste

This week I purchased a Magnum Minie ice cream from a market and unfortunately the product was spoiled. It had a bad smell and sour taste, its color and texture were obviously changed, and there were ice crystals as well, which made me doubt its freshness and safety. I still have the product and its packaging with the date and codes visible. I have not yet contacted the market or Magnum customer service about this issue. I am sharing this complaint so that the situation can be examined and the necessary checks can be made. I request that the spoiled Magnum Minie product be replaced with a proper and fresh product and that I be informed about the result of this process.
