Volkswagen Taigo Steering Wheel Makes Disturbing Noise

In my Taigo car purchased from Avek Turkey, Life package 1.0 auto shift with a traffic release date of November 1, 2022, 7. As of October, the problem I added in the attachment has been seen. The problem is the squeaking sound that comes when we turn the steering wheel to the right while parked or driving. At the Erel Automotive service, which I prefer because it is close to my home, due to this sound problem it was stated that investigations were carried out, this problem is a chronic fault that occurs in all Taigos, and the part cannot be replaced under warranty. (It was stated that the factory did not give the appropriate approval for this.) The problem is a situation that can cause problems in terms of sound and security at a level that will create discomfort, as you can see in attached. Because the problem comes from the undercarriage and the airbag area. Although the Erel dealer determined where the problem came from, the warranty did not agree to change the part. It is quite regrettable that Volkswagen, the Dogus Auto group, which has renewed all its models and is trying to move from the middle segment to the upper segment, ignored this mistake and asked us to review it and close the issue. As someone who works for another automotive company and as someone who is a judge of recall processes, I want the issue to be resolved urgently, otherwise I would like to state that I will take the issue to the Consumer Rights Court.
