Volkswagen Gave Me a New Car with a Broken First Aid Kit and Missing Items

When I bought a brand-new car from Volkswagen Doğuş Maslak on September 25, 2024, I was shocked to find a first-aid kit inside. It was in terrible shape. The kit contained only broken plastic bits, a broken flashlight, and a broken black plastic part. The bag was even worse because it was only one-third full, with most of it being empty. I bought this car from Doğuş, a name I've always believed in for quality and safety, so this experience has really disappointed me. I didn't think a brand that says it cares about health and safety would pay such little attention to detail. I am sure that this is the last car I buy from the Doğuş group.
