Vodafone's Unjust Charges and Struggling with Payment

Hello, I am Kadem Dem**. I wanted to get a postpaid SIM card from Vodafone. Why? Because the prices of Turkcell postpaid plans are too high, so I decided to switch to Vodafone. I had four lines, but I closed three of them due to internet issues and one was stolen. I tried to get a new SIM card several times from the store, but they said they didn't have any available. So, I applied through e-government, and they called me to confirm the closure. The representative said the fee would be around 180 TL and that I could pay it in installments. I agreed, but after a couple of months, I contacted Vodafone again to change my number. The employee couldn't do it, and without my approval, they switched me to a prepaid card, which resulted in additional charges. I couldn't afford to pay, and now there's a legal action fee of 23,000 TL. I am not able to pay this amount, and I have limited means due to my disability. Vodafone offered credit card installments, but I don't have a credit card. I'm requesting Vodafone and the authorities to consider my situation and either reduce the fee or grant me a payment plan. The current debt in legal action is 23,088.65 TL.
