Vodafone's Delayed Transfer and Disregard for Customer Rights

18

I'm still waiting for Vodafone to complete my transfer process even though it's been 15 days. The customer service representatives responded in a rude, unsympathetic, and condescending manner, saying that I have no choice but to wait until they finish the transfer. Despite the legal transfer period being 7-10 days, we are now on the 15th day. I have also filed a complaint with the BTK (Information and Communication Technologies Authority). I demand to be connected or transferred to the relevant department to terminate my home internet contract, which should have been connected by the legally entitled 15th day. However, I'm being told that I don't have such a right. Vodafone is preventing me from exercising my legal rights against their unilateral and unlawful behavior. They are not simply canceling my contract, which was canceled by customer service, without threatening me with penalty fees. Vodafone's conduct goes against Consumer Rights. I demand a fair resolution.
