Vodafone's Repeated Negligence and Disconnects

A call with a Vodafone customer service representative was abruptly terminated. It's been 15 days, and Vodafone hasn't done anything about the situation. Unfortunately, that is not the end of the issue. Another representative misrepresented their name at the start of the call and pretended to have entered the customer's requests when they hadn't. The most shocking aspect is Vodafone's complete lack of response to these incidents. I'm disgusted by Vodafone's poor customer service. It's infuriating when you rely on a company for critical services and they consistently fail to address problems and provide assistance. Vodafone's carelessness and lack of accountability are deeply troubling. I hope they take immediate action to address these issues and ensure better customer service in the future.
