Delayed Vodafone Line Activation and Customer Service Issues

Around 10 days ago, I purchased a new Vodafone SIM card online, and it was delivered to me by a courier. Despite numerous signatures during the delivery, my new line has not been activated, leaving me without service for the past 10 days. Every time I contact Vodafone's online customer service, I'm met with the same response: "You have to wait." It's baffling that it takes 10 days to activate a single SIM card. Moreover, they claim that the tariff campaign I selected has ended, although I acquired the plan six days before it was supposed to end. It seems like GSM operators continue to exploit customers, and regulatory bodies like BTK turn a blind eye.
