Vodafone's Unfulfilled Promises Regarding Data Plan

I recently contacted Vodafone customer service to switch from their prepaid plan to their postpaid Red plan, which includes 22 GB of data. The customer service representative assured me that I would have unrestricted access to WhatsApp, social media, and YouTube as part of the package. The promised features, on the other hand, were not enabled for my subscription plan. I double-checked with the customer service representative to ensure that the contents of the package were correct. I demand an end to the inconvenience caused by the failure to provide the promised plan, and I threaten legal action if it becomes necessary.
