Vodafone's Sneaky Insurance Charge





I recently discovered that Vodafone has been adding insurance to my plan without my knowledge or consent. For the past year, they have misled me by classifying it as an installment fee for the device, when it was actually a charge for the device's insurance. I returned the product three months later due to defects, but they still deducted the insurance fee, even though I had never agreed to pay it in the first place. I demand that the amount deducted be returned to me as soon as possible. If I do not receive a refund, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and use social media to expose their tactics. It's time for Vodafone to answer for its deceptive business practices!
