Vodafone's Trickery and Poor Support for Its Customers

Vodafone, a company that consistently disrespects its customers and operates on a foundation of deception, has acknowledged the substantial fees I've paid for its services. However, when it comes to addressing the issues I've raised and backed up with evidence, they evade responsibility. I initially placed my trust in this platform and submitted my complaint along with supporting evidence, but Vodafone hasn't even acknowledged it publicly. They claim they've attempted to contact me, yet their communication attempts are nowhere to be found, leaving me with the impression that their customer service is severely lacking.
