Vodafone's Number Porting Fiasco

I switched to Vodafone about a month ago. I received the SIM card in four days. However, 6 days have passed and neither a call nor an inquiry has been received. In search of answers, I dialed 0542**25 00 00 and was given three additional numbers to call. I called these numbers and left messages, but I received no response. What puzzles me is why these numbers are provided if no one intends to answer them. 0 (850) 399 30 26, 0 (850) 549 05 42, and 0 (850) 480 81 31 are the phone numbers. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I've tried calling the aforementioned numbers numerous times, only to be told that I'm the third or even tenth caller in line. Is it impossible to transfer a line in less than 15 days? In that timeframe, humans can travel to space, but Vodafone struggles to handle a simple number transfer. Vodafone, you should be ashamed of yourself for being so careless.
