The customer service numbers of Vodafone never pick up calls. They are really bad at providing service. I bought a postpaid phone plan, but I've been trying to activate it for days now. The customer service number, 0850 480 95 42, never answers my calls. Once, I accidentally hung up the call, and they couldn't reconnect me to activate my line. They told me they would send it to another department, but nobody reached out or followed up. It's almost impossible to deal with Vodafone for communication. Just trying to reach a regular customer representative takes hours because you have to navigate through their complicated automated system. Nobody pays attention to customers' complaints. I don't want the line anymore. Can you please cancel it? You're going to charge me for a phone line that I haven't used in a week. Nobody pays attention to the problems that customers have with Vodafone.
