Vodafone Used Up My 4 GB Even Though I Only Activated a YouTube Package
Dear Vodafone Global Company, I am filing a complaint regarding your Vodafone representative in Turkey. The issue is related to the 4 GB of remaining internet that was included in the package I purchased. I also bought an additional YouTube package, which I used for about half a day. Despite not using the internet for anything else, the remaining 4 GB was completely used up. I even checked my data usage settings to be sure there was no background activity, but everything looked normal. I reported this situation to the Vodafone office in Turkey, but they were unable to provide any explanation or assistance. I have been waiting for a resolution to this issue since 24/03/2025. Please help me and address this complaint.
