A ₺400 modem penalty fee will be reflected in your next invoice. B016 Please note that : My service with customer number 0017178185 has been canceled upon my request on 08/11/2023 Vodafone dealer took my Vodafone MODEM and sent it to you on 15/11/2023 according to your sms messege requst I have a receipt from MNG cargo company as proof that Vodafone dealer has sent you Vodafone MODEM my ID : 99297369*** my Name: **** ******** ********* Gon Tracking Number: 965868982798 Please check attachment photos of : 1- Vodfone MOMEM photo 2- Gon Tracking Number: 965868982798 photo 3- MNG Cargo Receiving Document photo Please can you verify documents and MODEM sent to you and cancell ₺400  fine Please note taht I speak only English language Ossama Moh******* A******* Istanbul
