Vodafone Makes Endless Promises, Yet Here We are Without Internet Connection

We are paying for a service, but the connectivity is so poor that Vodafone internet is virtually non-existent. I've raised this issue 15 or 20 times, receiving the same response that they will get back to me soon or acknowledge the urgency of the situation. However, these assurances have not translated into any actual improvement. The network and coverage problems make the internet almost unusable. Living close to the city center, it's unacceptable to experience such minimal coverage, especially from a reputed company like Vodafone. Despite consistently paying our bills, we have not been receiving the service we are paying for, and this problem has persisted for over a year. A swift resolution is essential.
