Vodafone Ignores Customer Satisfaction

My order was scheduled to be delivered 'express' between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM on August 21, 2023, and I placed it through Vodafone's Online Store. Moving forward to the afternoon of August 24, 2023, at 1:17 p.m., my package is still missing. Congratulations, Vodafone, on such an excellent service! I've decided to end my relationship with Vodafone after 13 years of being a loyal customer. To be honest, it still amazes me that I've been able to stay here for so long. It is abundantly clear that they are unconcerned about their customers. Despite the fact that I called them a hundred times over the course of three days, no one helped me.
