Vodafone Ignoring Even the Consumer Arbitration Committee's Decision

Vodafone A.Ş. is not even complying with the Consumer Arbitration Committee's decision. On August 31, 2023, the Consumer Arbitration Committee issued a decision (Decision Number: 016020230001473) in my favor. Since that date, despite my attempts to inform both customer service and n********@vodafone.com via email, I have received no response whatsoever. For 11 months, you have continuously tried to deceive me with false promises of "we will get back to you." All this from a supposedly prestigious corporate entity – does playing dead suit you? I have initiated the enforcement of the court judgment through the execution directorate as of September 22, 2023. This behavior raises serious questions about Vodafone's commitment to customer satisfaction and adherence to legal obligations. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for consumer rights, and I hope that the enforcement process will finally lead to a resolution.
