Vodafone's Delayed Response to Blacklist Issue

I went to the Vodafone store to get a new SIM card, but they told me I was on the blacklist and made a request to fix it. Even though I asked Vodafone to take me off the blacklist 10 days ago, I still can't get any service because they haven't done so. I called the store again, and they made another urgent request, but I'm tired of waiting. If my problem isn't fixed here, I'll get a new sim card from a different company. Enough already. Because Vodafone is taking so long to solve my blacklist problem, I'm frustrated and looking for other options. I hope they pay attention to my complaint and fix the problem quickly.
