Vodafone Doesn't Provide Promised Service Yet We Have to Pay

for the past two weeks, the internet outage at both my crib and my workplace driving me crazy...as a Vodafone fixed-line customer, this long disruption has been super annoying and has seriously messed up my daily life and work. It really sucks to deal with this super long time without a decent internet connection, and I'm getting more and more worried about when they're gonna fix it, or will they ever? Every time I hit up Vodafone for updates, they always give me the same response: there's a general outage, but they promise they're busting their butts to fix it ASAP.  appreciate what they're doing to handle the situation, but I really wish they'd be more upfront about when they're gonna fix it. How long do you think it'll take for my internet to get back to normal? Like, weeks or even months? This whole uncertainty thing is really stressing me out, especially since I need a solid internet connection for both personal and work stuff. maybe I should cancel it all, find some other options to get my internet fixed. no smooth and dependable service in sight for the foreseeable future at least....
