I Have Had No Vodafone Net Connection for a Week
Since August 9, I haven't been able to use my Vodafone Net internet subscription. I was told it was because of a general outage. It's been a whole week, and the problem still isn't fixed. What bothers me the most is that I can't even get a clear idea of when it will be fixed. I live in Yenimahalle in Ankara, and I don't understand how a service outage can last this long without any updates. I need my internet connection for both work and personal things, so it's really frustrating that I've been without it for so long. I thought I would get at least a clear explanation or a set timeline.
