Unauthorized Vodafone Lines Opened In My Name

I am a citizen of Kazakhstan and a married musician from Turkey. 1. I noticed that 2 (two) Vodafone lines were opened through e-Government without my knowledge and consent. (Document is attached) Thereupon, I went to the Vodafone communication center on Istiklal Street, filled out some forms, and canceled both lines that were opened against my will. Vodafone employees said that these lines were opened by the Vodafone dealer with the code X087580. 2. Then, I noticed that another Vodafone line was opened in my name, again without my consent (The document is attached), and I canceled it by contacting the Vodafone Communication Center in Yusufpasa. 3. Yes, unfortunately, today, for the 3rd time, I learn that another Vodafone line has been opened in my name without my consent. (The document is attached). In addition, the number of lines that Vodafone opened in my name without my consent has reached 4. I'm tired of trying to cancel lines opened without my knowledge and consent. I am complaining about the Vodafone company, which uses my personal information to distribute phone lines on my behalf to people whose identities I do not know and does not take action against its dealer with the code X087580...
