Fraudulent Contract and Price Hikes from Vodafone

I switched to Vodafone's 12-month contract, but unfortunately, it's just the Red 40GB special plan. They told me that after the first 3 months of usage, I could switch to a different plan without any "termination fee" if I wished. Unfortunately, that turned out to be false. Three months later, when I requested to switch to another plan, they disappointingly said, "You do have the right to change without termination fees, but unfortunately, there is no suitable plan available for you." That's not what they initially promised, which is disappointing. Later on, it disappointingly appears that their sole intention is to extract additional funds from me. To add insult to injury, when I brought up my desire to switch to a different operator, they had the audacity to threaten me with exorbitant termination fees. I'm sorry, but I'm disappointed that my rights aren't being honored.
