Vodafone High Price Recipes

I'm using Vodafone's Red Customer 30 Ultra package, and I've been paying 130₺ for this package. Now, my contract is about to end, but the new plan they offered me is the Red Unlimited plan, priced at 548₺, which is a 418₺ difference, four times what I'm currently paying. I've been trying to reach customer service to inquire about other options, but I haven't been able to connect, and I certainly don't want to pay that much money. I'm baffled by Vodafone's approach. It seems like they're pushing their customers away. I'm seriously considering switching to another service provider because I can't access information about more reasonable and affordable plans.
