Vodafone Misled Me, Refund Not Transfered, Prices Not Standard

Vodafone victimized me. I was given incorrect information about my package and then my complaint was not dealt with. It was stated that the fee was refunded and that this was not a problem because I did not lose any rights. I am writing this so that other people do not experience this situation. I realized and corrected it, but an elderly person may not realize it. I felt obliged to write here because of this victimization. I experienced a similar situation while making my package. The same tariff was tried to be sold by different people at different prices. Three different people called an hour apart. In fact, in this situation, I said why are you doing such a thing, why the discount, here is your third year, I said okay then, but they misled me by giving false information at a busy moment. If I cannot find a solution to this victimization here, I will apply to other units. This is an attitude I did not expect from a big company like Vodafone. I plan to change my operator as soon as possible.
