Vivint Trial Period Isn't Enough, No Time To Asses The System

May 16, 2024 8:34 PM24

I signed up for Vivint's security system on May 10th, their trial period is only three days! that's not enough time for me to really mess around with the system, see how it works, and make sure it fits my needs. It felt super rushed, like trying to learn a new recipe in five minutes. Plus, once they installed it, I was locked into a long contract. No turning back if it turns out to be a dud! wish Vivint would give new customers more time to try things out, maybe a week or even a month. And some flexibility in the contract wouldn't hurt either. You know, just in case. Just seems a little fairer for everyone involved. You don’t have to take this into consideration, I get that, up to you.
