Vivense'den aldığım köşe koltuk 1 haftada dağıldı. Tüm düğmeleri koptu. Her oturmada 1 düğme kopuyor. Onarım için muhatap bulamıyorum. Arayacağınız bir iletişim numaraları yok. Yazılı olarak talep oluşturdum. Onarım yapılacağı bildirildi fakat 1 ay olmasına rağmen ne gelen var ne giden. Kısacası Vivense pişmanlıktır. Muhatap yok. Milyarlar verip ürün alıyorsunuz, getirip atıp gidiyorlar daha sonrasında kimseye ulaşamıyorsunuz. Onarım için kayıt oluşturduk falan yazıyorlar ama yalan. 1 ay oldu hala arayan da yok gelen de yok.
