Vivense Put My Product on Sale Right After I Bought It and Refused a Refund
I placed an order for a product on Vivense’s website on May 25. Just a few days after I placed my order, I saw that the same item was featured in a new campaign with a lower price. As my product has not yet been shipped, I believe it’s reasonable to request a refund for the price difference or, at the very least, a coupon of equal value to be credited to my account. I’ve already paid the full price, and it seems unfair to miss out on a promotion simply because I placed my order a bit earlier. I urge Vivense to take this situation into account and offer a resolution that demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Other e-commerce companies compensate for discounts or campaign updates in a way that benefits the customer. I did not find this response appropriate.
