Vivense Order Cancelled - Refund Not Received
I placed an order for a laundry wardrobe via the Vivense website on 4 February, with order number f6ea08587098, and paid ₺1,644 by credit card. I cancelled this order on 5 February. Despite the cancellation, my payment has not been refunded. When I contacted Vivense customer service, I was informed that the refund would be made within 15 days. However, 22 days have now passed since the cancellation date and the refund has still not been reflected in my account, which causes both concern and loss of trust. I request that my payment be refunded to my credit card without any further delay and that I receive an explanation and an apology for this delay in the refund process.
