I relocated to Ankara following the unfortunate event that occurred in Kahramanmaras on February 6, 2023. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I'm facing with the two VİVENSE FRESIA TRIPLE SOFA, ANTHRACITE armchairs that I bought from your Vivense company on March 7, 2023. These armchairs were meant to be a perfect fit for our new house, but unfortunately, we haven't been able to use them due to some problems. Initially, I was content with the armchairs, but as time went on, a noticeable slope developed in the middle of them. This situation greatly impacts the visual appeal of the armchairs and significantly compromises their comfort. The deformation of the armchairs in this manner suggests that they may not be ideal for extended periods of use. Please consider the following steps to solve the problem: 1. Fixing or replacing the armchairs. 2. Ensuring that the problem does not happen again by taking the necessary precautions. 3. If feasible, instructing a service team to expedite the process. I kindly request that you respond promptly to this issue and provide a suitable solution.
