Vivense Jazz Sofa Set Delivery Delay
Hello, On February 28, 2024, I placed an order for the Jazz Sofa Set at the Vivense Beylikdüzü store, with a delivery date of March 2. However, the initial delivery arrived damaged, and the Vivense team promised to repair the damaged components within 15 days. Although the extended wait until April 17 was difficult, I accepted it. When I inquired about my order today, April 16, I was told that they couldn't find the fabric and that the delivery date had been pushed out to April 30. It is unacceptable that an order placed on February 28 would not be fulfilled until two months later, especially when payment is made upfront. Your website now lists the identical thing for ₺49k, whereas I paid ₺57k for it. Given the difficulties I've encountered so far, I demand that my order arrive this week. This experience has caused me to reconsider purchasing from Vivense in the future.
Additionally, they only mention the production date as April 30th, which means the product should have arrived by May 5th. Currently, the product has dropped to 49k in their system, so I ended up paying extra for a product I couldn't get. I'm at a 7k loss, and my product is still nowhere to be found.

After the day I wrote, they gave me another date, which was yesterday, April 29th. I spoke with them today, and they said that the shipment is planned for next week due to a problem. I paid them 57K and did not receive my product. The 3-month interest on 57K amounts to 10K. The product price in their system dropped by 45K in 3 months. Besides the Consumer Arbitration Committee, I will initiate the legal process, and in my opinion, Vivense does not care about its customers. How far can they go with such sales practices?
