My Vivense Kitchen Set Falls Apart: Warranty Claim Denied on Chair Defect



I purchased a kitchen table set from Vivense, and within less than a year, the backrest slat on one of the chairs has come apart. I reported this defect under warranty, but after merely looking at photos, they declared it was user error. I've attached the photos for your consideration - does this look like user error to you? It's disappointing to see a company that can't even replace a small slat for the sake of customer satisfaction.
Progress
The company responded to my complaint on the complaint platform by saying, "The issues you have reported have been resolved and your satisfaction has been ensured." However, they did not provide any solution, and I was not even contacted. I guess they are responding automatically...
