Viva Slots Vegas Subscription Fee Charged And Can't Be Cancelled

I am writing to complain about an unwanted subscription linked to Viva Slot on my Android phone, which is causing recurring deductions of R10 from my TymeBank card. I did not knowingly agree to any ongoing subscription, and there is no visible option in the app or on my phone to cancel it. Despite checking my subscriptions, this Viva Slot subscription does not appear, yet the money continues to be taken. The first deduction I noticed on my TymeBank account was on 24 January 2026, and since then the charge of R10 appears to be taken on a monthly basis. Because the subscription is not visible on my side, I am unable to manage or stop it myself. I request that Viva Slot immediately cancels this hidden or undisclosed subscription linked to my TymeBank card and stops all future deductions. I also want written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled so that no further unauthorized payments are taken from my account.
