I Face Severe Acne After Using Vitabiotics Perfectil From Vitamin Active

I purchased Vitabiotics Perfectil from a seller named Vitamin Active, after confirming with Vitabiotics Türkiye that they are an official distributor. It is widely recommended to use Perfectil for at least 3 months to see visible results. I began using the first box, but shortly after, I developed severe acne in areas where I had never experienced breakouts before, such as my chin and lower cheeks.

Despite these issues, I continued taking the supplement, believing that 3 boxes were necessary for effectiveness. I then purchased 2 more boxes. However, as the acne worsened, I became convinced that the product was causing the problem and decided to stop using it. I reached out to Vitabiotics to explain my situation and informed them that I still had an unopened box. Unfortunately, they showed no interest in helping me. I even offered to return the product free of charge, as it is now useless to me, but they dismissed my concerns.

I am disappointed to see that Vitabiotics does not stand behind its product and seems to prioritize profit over customer health and satisfaction. I demand a full refund for the unopened box and an acknowledgment of the adverse effects I experienced. I request an immediate resolution to this matter to restore customer trust and prevent similar situations for others.
