I have been using Vitabiotics products for a long time, but recently, I started experiencing severe side effects such as vomiting and allergic reactions. These symptoms began after purchasing what appeared to be a new batch of Vitabiotics vitamins. I compared the new and old packages and noticed clear differences. On the tablets in the new batch, the product stamps are poorly printed and sometimes completely faded. These flaws are impossible to miss, and they raise serious concerns about the product's authenticity and quality.

When I contacted Vitabiotics, they simply told me to purchase from pharmacies or authorized sellers, as if that alone would solve the problem. However, all my purchases were already from pharmacies. The company failed to provide any helpful information on how to verify whether a product is genuine, nor did they explain why such manufacturing differences exist between batches.

Consumers deserve clear guidance on how to identify authentic Vitabiotics products and assurance that the vitamins they consume are safe. I expect Vitabiotics to investigate these quality control issues urgently, explain why these inconsistencies are happening, and ensure no harmful products reach consumers. Please take this matter seriously and protect your customers' health.
