My Efootball Has Been Hacked

My Konami ID, which I mainly use for playing eFootball on mobile, was accessed by someone else without my permission and the email address linked to my account was changed on 16 October 2026. After this change I was logged out of the game and I am no longer able to manage or change the email address on my account. Previously, my Konami ID was registered with the email address "siawisa***@gmail.com", but now a different email address appears on my profile, and I have completely lost control of the account. I am very worried that my account and in‑game data may currently be used by an unauthorized person. I can prove that the account belongs to me through purchase receipts and emails linked to my old email address, which clearly show that I am the real owner of this Konami ID. I have also received an email notification from the KONAMI ID system stating that the personal information of the user "Ms_Seven" was updated, even though I did not perform any such action. I kindly request that my account be urgently checked, that this unauthorized access be investigated, and that the email address on my KONAMI ID be reset to my old email address so that my access can be fully restored. I am ready to provide any purchase receipts or other evidence you may need in order to verify my ownership and help you secure my account.
