LOCA-TOOL.CO Unauthorized $65 Charge and Recurring Payments

I lost my phone recently and, while trying to retrieve it, I downloaded and used your location tool from a friend’s phone. The tool did not help me locate my device. I eventually contacted Uber and confirmed I had left the phone in the ride, and I received my phone back two days later. When I checked my Westpac account, I saw transactions to “LOCA-TOOL.CO” that I did not authorise or sign up for. On 12 October there was a charge of $65 and four separate charges of 97¢, and on 19 October there was a further charge of 97¢, totalling approximately $69. These payments were taken without my clear consent and I was not aware I was entering into any paid subscription or service with LOCA-TOOL.CO. I reported these unauthorised transactions to Westpac, and they told me that I should first try to obtain a refund from your side. I am therefore requesting a full refund of all charges taken by LOCA-TOOL.CO, in particular the $65 transaction and the related smaller charges, and a clear explanation of how these payments were processed without my explicit authorisation. I also ask that my details be removed from any subscription or recurring billing and that no further charges be made to my account. I expect this issue to be investigated promptly and the full amount to be returned to my account as soon as possible.
