Asphalt 8 Stuck at 16% Loading Screen on Android

I downloaded Asphalt 8: Airborne on my Android device recently and from the first moment I tried to play, the game has been stuck at 16% on the loading screen and does not continue. Because of this error, I cannot access the game at all and I am unable to use the application I installed. I have not yet been able to get any support because I saw the problem right after downloading. I request that this loading bug, where the game always gets stuck at 16%, be identified and fixed as soon as possible so that I can play the game without any issues.
