Victoria’s Secret Order Not Delivered After More Than a Month

I ordered several Victoria’s Secret products, including a “Fine Fragrance Very Sexy Luxe Fragrance Gift Set”, from the website https://victoriassecretsemi.sale/ on 31/07/2026. The total amount of my order was around 54 USD, and the seller stated that delivery would take 7–10 working days to Saudi Arabia. Despite this promise, my parcel has still not been delivered after more than a month. The tracking number is FCP024810528CN and, according to the tracking page, the shipment was sent to Saudi Arabia under my name, Yubraj G***, but I have not received any package at my address. The seller appears to be based in China. I have tried to contact the website and its customer service many times, but I have never received any response from them. There has been no explanation, no update about the shipment and no support. I request that my parcel be delivered to me as soon as possible, without any further delay, and that the marketplace or relevant parties urgently intervene so that this order is either delivered immediately or a proper solution is provided.
