Incorrect Victoria's Secret Order and Poor Follow-Up

On August 15, 2024, I received my Victoria's Secret order, but there were significant issues. Even though I ordered five different items, two of them were not what I wanted. This is completely unacceptable. I double-checked my order, and it was correct on my end. However, the wrong items were sent to me. To make matters worse, they also sent extra items I didn’t order. When I reported this, they didn’t even bother to arrange a pickup for the unwanted items. This is the worst experience I’ve had, and I will never shop with them again.
