Victoria's Secret Charged My Card Three Times With No Order
On September 26, 2026, I tried to make a purchase from the Victoria's Secret Turkey online store. After entering my card details and the verification code sent by my bank, the system displayed a message stating, “Order not accepted” every time. Thinking the issue might be related to my internet connection, I attempted the transaction three times using the same card, and I received the same error on all three attempts.
I did not receive a confirmation email for any of the transactions, and no orders appeared in the “My Orders” section of my account. Despite this, three separate charges of $78 each were processed and approved on my DenizBank card, for a total of approximately $233. The transactions were made at around 11:00 AM on September 26, 2026.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. However, my bank told me that I needed to contact the company and provide an invoice if available, otherwise the dispute process could become more difficult. Since no order appears in the Victoria's Secret system, I do not have an invoice. I also received no response to my email support request, and I have been unable to reach the company because its customer service numbers are not being answered.
There is neither a confirmed order nor any product that has been delivered to me, yet three payments were still charged to my card. I request a full refund of the total amount of these three charges. I do not want to be left without a solution by either the bank or the company despite these payments having been taken incorrectly. I kindly request an urgent response and a prompt refund.
