Victoria's Secret Body Lotion Caused an Allergic Reaction

Last week, I ordered a moisturizing body lotion from the official Victoria’s Secret online store, and it was delivered this week. After applying the lotion to my arm for the third time, I developed small bumps and a rough, raised rash. I have never experienced this type of skin reaction before, so I believe the lotion caused an allergic reaction.

After experiencing this health issue, I contacted Victoria’s Secret customer service by email, but I have not received any response. I have been negatively affected both by the skin reaction caused by the product and by the company's failure to provide timely customer support.

I am requesting a full refund for the moisturizing body lotion and a clear explanation regarding the allergic reaction I experienced after using the product.
