Victoria's Secret Sent Body Mists That Seemed Used
On May 28, I ordered two body mists from the Victoria’s Secret online store, and my order was delivered on June 9. When the package arrived, I noticed that although neither product was labeled as a tester, both body mists smelled as if they had already been used, and there was slight leakage around the bottles. The condition of the products gave the impression that they had been opened and previously used, which was very disappointing.
Because of this, I contacted Victoria’s Secret customer service, but my request was denied and the issue was not resolved. I expected to receive brand-new, unopened, and unused products, and I do not accept receiving items in this condition.
I am requesting that the two body mists associated with order #446MS61460 be replaced, at no additional cost, with new, sealed, and undamaged products.
