Rash On Face From Clinque Moisturizer Surge

On 04/25, I applied the Clinique Moisture Surge moisturizer to my face before going to sleep. When I woke up, I had a strong rash, redness, irritation, and itching on my face, which made me realize that I am allergic to this product and that it caused a very uncomfortable reaction for me. I purchased this Clinique Moisture Surge moisturizer from Walmart. I have not yet contacted either Walmart or Clinique customer service, but I want this situation to be taken seriously because I had a horrible experience after using the product only once. I request a refund for this product and a detailed investigation into this batch to ensure there is no issue with the formulation or safety, and to prevent similar reactions for other customers.
