I Face Misleading Fabric Claims and Missing Items in My Victoria’s Secret Online Order

I am writing regarding my order numbered 123RM9653B, which I placed on November 28 through the Victoria’s Secret Turkey online store, and the serious problems I experienced both with product accuracy and delivery. Several of the items in this order were advertised with “satin” in the product title, but when they arrived, the labels clearly stated that the material is 100% polyester. While I noticed that the fabric composition section on the website shows polyester, using “satin” directly in the product name is misleading and creates a false expectation for the consumer. A polyester-based product should not be marketed simply as “satin” without clarification, and this situation constitutes deceptive and inaccurate product representation. Despite this, I was only offered a simple return code for these products, which does not address the misleading naming issue and is not an acceptable resolution for misrepresentation. In the same order, I also purchased a two-piece chiffon top-and-shorts set; however, only the top was delivered, and the shorts were missing from the package. I reported the missing item via e-mail on December 5 and then by phone on December 8, but despite five days having passed since my first complaint, I have not received any satisfactory solution or clear update regarding the missing garment. All of these issues, namely misleading product naming and incomplete delivery, fall under misrepresentation and defective product delivery and are contrary to basic consumer protection principles. I chose Victoria’s Secret because of its brand reputation and expected quality standards, but this experience has caused both inconvenience and disappointment. I kindly request immediate action regarding the missing shorts from the two-piece chiffon set, a proper and fair solution for the products advertised as satin but delivered as polyester, and a clear explanation of why such misleading product names are being used on the Turkey website. I expect Victoria’s Secret to take responsibility and provide a satisfactory and timely resolution to these issues.
