Viber Keeps Charging Me and It's Impossible to Unsubscribe or Get Support

Unsubscribing from Viber has been such a hassle. I’ve attempted to cancel my subscription several times, but it feels like an uphill battle. It’s frustrating that there’s no straightforward way to unsubscribe, and on top of that, there’s no customer support to help out. There’s no email or contact number, and it looks like the chatbots are only accessible in specific countries. It's so annoying that they keep charging me and there's no way to put a stop to it, plus no one is available to assist. I'm really frustrated right now. It's hard to believe that a company as large as Viber can drop the ball on customer service like this. I feel like I've got no choices left. Before you decide to sign up, just a heads up – cancelling the subscription can feel like a real challenge!
