Airtel Ruins My Garena Free Fire Gameplay With Slow 5G and No Customer Support

One of the most letdown networks I have used has been Airtel Expecting flawless connectivity, I recharged for their so-called "unlimited 5G" plan, but instead I find data speeds and constraints that seem to belong under a 4G plan. Worse worse, the slowness and excessive ping make playing Garena Free Fire unusable. I complained with customer support hoping for a response, but all I received was silence—no follow-up, no fix—just total apathy. Airtel continues raising its rates in spite of this inadequate service; network quality does not seem to have changed. Paying high money for inadequate service makes one feel as though it is a hoax. Airtel does not justify the expense or the hype.
