Venmo Has Not Resolved My Unauthorized $29.99 Hintapp Charge Dispute

I am writing regarding an unauthorized transaction on my Venmo account and the lack of follow‑up on my dispute. On June 8, 2026 at 3:08 a.m., a charge of $29.99 was made on my Venmo card with the description “CASHAPP*HINTQPP.” I did not authorize this transaction. On June 8, I called Venmo by phone to report the issue, dispute the charge, and request a new card, which was ordered during that call. During this process, a dispute was opened under the ID VM-R-CDR-632294458. Since then, I have not received any update, email, or clear response about the status or result of this dispute. I am in the USA and I am requesting that the unauthorized $29.99 charge be refunded to my account and that, after the refund is completed, my card be blocked or secured as I previously requested, so that no further unauthorized charges can be made. I kindly ask that my dispute be reviewed urgently and that I be informed in writing about the outcome.
