Venmo Unsubscribed Account Paid

I recently noticed a pending charge on my Venmo account from a merchant listed as “SA_iq_impulse_app” for $39.99 on March 10, 2026 at 9:37 AM. This amount was taken from my Venmo balance, even though I had already unsubscribed from this service approximately two weeks earlier and have never used it. I do not understand why this payment was allowed to go through after I had cancelled the subscription, and I am very concerned about unauthorized or unintended charges being processed on my Venmo account. I kindly request that this $39.99 charge be fully refunded to my Venmo balance and that the subscription or any recurring billing to SA_iq_impulse_app be completely cancelled. I also request written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further payments will be taken from my Venmo account without my explicit authorization.
