Velobet Delays My Withdrawal With Endless KYC Steps

I wanted to take €450 out of my Velobet account on August 1, 2025, but they said no because I still needed to finish KYC verification. I gave my ID and a selfie right away, but the next day my second attempt to withdraw was denied again. This time, Velobet wanted me to send them a live video of me reading a code they gave me while holding my ID. I thought it was too much, but I did what they asked and sent the movie that same day. On August 3, 2025, I got an email saying they had my video and would watch it. More than a week later, there is still no payment or clearance. This simple verification process shouldn't take so long, especially since I'm not being told why my own money is being held.
